David Venn Enterprises has announced that the Sydney season of Cruel Intentions: the ‘90s Musical has been extended by popular demand, while new seats have just been released in Melbourne and Brisbane. 

Stage West has announced the lineup for its 44th season! The new season will feature six shows, two of which will be co-productions.

 Chicago will continue to produce some of the most exciting work in the country this summer. Offerings from the city’s more than 250 producing theatres include a wide variety of plays and musicals, as well as comedy, dance, and outdoor events.

David Venn Enterprises (The Wedding Singer, Bring It On: The Musical) has announced national tour dates for the Australian professional premiere of Cruel Intentions: The ‘90s Musical, with tickets on sale now for Melbourne and Sydney, and new seasons announced in Brisbane and Adelaide.

Due to scheduling changes as a result of COVID-19, The Wedding Singer musical has set new dates for seasons opening across Sydney and Melbourne from January 2022.  

On-demand streaming access to CRUEL INTENTIONS: THE ‘90S MUSICAL, LIVE IN CONCERT has been extended by three weeks due to popular demand. There will be a virtual cast watch party on Sunday, January 16, at 8PM ET, offering fans the opportunity to interact with the cast and creatives, including star Janel Parrish.

CRUEL INTENTIONS: THE ‘90S MUSICAL returns to Los Angeles for a one-nighter, LIVE at and streaming from the Bourbon Room December 19, 2021. With the plot of the 1999 cult hit Cruel Intentions as their starting point, the cast of powerhouse singers will sing the characters played in the film by Sarah Michelle Gellar, Reese Witherspoon, Ryan Phillipe and others using songs that the characters would have sung in the movie, if it were a musical. These songsters include Brian Logan Dales, Israel Erron Ford, Frankie Grande, Jenn Harris, Emma Hunton, Janel Parrish, Constantine Rousouli and Carrie St. Louis.  

Tony Award-winning producer Eva Price has announced a one-night-only event, CRUEL INTENTIONS: THE ‘90S MUSICAL, LIVE IN CONCERT will be presented on Sunday, December 19, 2021 for a live audience at The Bourbon Room in Los Angeles, and streamed worldwide on Stellar.

This nostalgia-fuelled '90s party, perfectly combines everything audiences love about the original film, complete with a banging soundtrack of chart-topping hits including The Verve's Bittersweet Symphony and other throwback classics by Boyz II Men, Christina Aguilera, Backstreet Boys, Goo Goo Dolls, *NSYNC, and, of course, Britney Spears.

After a year of Covid-adapted shows, Canisius alumni-founded Bellissima Productions is kicking off their fourth theatre season with a live production of Cruel Intentions: The 90's Musical. A production written by Jordan Ross, Lindsey Rosin and Roger Kumble, the jukebox musical is backed by iconic music from the 1990's and based on the cult film.
