Andrew Lloyd Webber, one of the most influential figures in musical theatre, will be honored by Goodspeed Musicals at their 2026 Gala & Auction. He will be honored with the Goodspeed Musicals Award for Outstanding Contribution to Musical Theatre.

The Citadel Theatre has revealed its 2026/27 season, a wide-ranging and adventurous lineup that celebrates stories from across Canada and around the world, while marking a major milestone in the theatre's history.

Claire Sweeney will star as Miss Hannigan in the upcoming UK and Ireland tour of the beloved musical ANNIE. The tour will bring this classic story to audiences across the region, showcasing Sweeney's dynamic portrayal of the iconic role.

Music Theater Works’ Annie, in the George Van Dusen Theatre, at the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts in Skokie, 9501 Skokie Blvd, Skokie, is now playing through January 4, 2026. On Sunday, November 16th, I had the pleasure of seeing yet another first-rate production put on by Fairfield Center Stage, ANNIE! The venue is at Wakeman Hall inside First Church Congregational of Fairfield, a location that has become common for Fairfield Center Stage productions.
