Actors Theatre of Louisville will welcome back the acclaimed New York–based company Fiasco Theater for a bold new staging of William Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors.

August Rush, the Academy Award and Grammy Award-nominated 2007 film, is being developed as a new Broadway musical, starring Christopher Riley, Talia Suskauer and more.

An industry reading has been scheduled for Too Bright To See, a new musical based on Kyle Lukoff’s Newbery Honor–winning novel. The reading will take place December 16 at Judson Memorial Church, with performances at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.

By 1980 the musical was one of the highest grossing musicals worldwide. It also holds the record for the longest-running West End musical, running over a total of 8 years with 3358 performances.
