Stephen Ferri

Stephen is a NY based music director, orchestrator, keyboard player/programmer as well as Stage Manger and Producer. He has had the privilege to work on & off Broadway, NYMF, WPPAC, Sandbox Theatre, Yorktown Stage, Westchester Broadway Theatre, and numerous other venues. Favorite credits include music directing Regional Premieres of Heathers, Disney’s On the Record, Les Miserables, Dogfight, Little Mermaid, Color Purple, Edges, Bare, Avenue Q, Spring Awakening, Carrie & Next To Normal. Recent orchestration credits include, Foreverman (NYMF), Roads Courageous, World Premiere of the Symphonic version of Songs for A New World & From Broadway w/ Love which aired on PBS. Stage. Stephen was named one of the "Top People To Watch" in Westchester Magazine and is the recipient of the NYMF Award for Excellence for “Outstanding Orchestration” for Foreverman, the Helen Hayes Theatre Award for "Achievement in Technical Production", and a Pedro “Unsung Hero” Award. Stephen holds a BFA in Theater Design/Technology from Purchase College's Conservatory of Theater Arts and is the founder of both the New Musical Theatre Series and the Harrison Summer Theatre.
