SIMONE GENATT is the Chairperson and Co-Founder of Broadway International Group and Broadway Asia Group. Over the last 20 years, she has been responsible for shows in over 60 countries on five continents including recent productions with Theatre du Chatelet; Warner Bros, Universal Theatrical Group, DreamWorks Animation, Rodgers & Hammerstein, Stage Entertainment, Baruch/Frankel/Viertel/Routh, Nederlander Worldwide, Resorts World, Shiki Theater Company, Toho Company, Umeda Group, Takarazuka, Poly Group, CPAA, CMC and Shanghai Media Group among many others. Simone is the recipient of the Robert M. Golden Award for outstanding achievement in Theater Direction from Stanford University. She was the Managing Director of The Aspen Theater Company, and during this time she co-founded and built the Aspen Art Park. Early in her career on Broadway, she was Apprentice to Gerald Schoenfeld, former Chairman of the Shubert Organization, and then worked as a manager for Roger Berlind. Simone is a founding member and Chairman Emeritus of Urban Arts Partnership, one the largest arts education companies in New York City. With a commitment to presenting live theatrical entertainment to cultures throughout the world, Simone Genatt remains focused on expanding the boundaries of entertainment and communication throughout the global markets.
