BIO
Mike Karns is a theater producer and entrepreneur with a background in sales and marketing. He is a proud graduate of The Pennsylvania State University. As the owner of Marathon Live Entertainment, he has been integral to the creation and development of Social Media content and strategy for clients from a variety of sectors including celebrities, not-for-profit organizations, and Broadway bound shows. In addition to his own Social Media clients, he also serves as the Account Executive for Audience Development at The Social Edge, a dynamic social media marketing and management firm based in New York City.
As a producer, Karns presented "Telly Leung: Live in London", the London concert premiere of Broadway and TV star Telly Leung, as well as "Broadway at Learning 2013" starring Adam Pascal, Eden Espinosa, Telly Leung, and Marcus Paul James. His upcoming projects include Allegiance - A New Musical starring Tony Winner Lea Salonga and Actor/Icon George Takei, A Little More Alive by Nick Blaemire (Glory Days), "Seasons of Broadway" Fall Concert Tour, and BLooM! - A New Musical.

Michael McElroy and The Broadway Inspirational Voices will be joined by previously-announced performers Billy Porter, Renee Elise Goldsberry, Joshua Henry and Marcus Paul James. The music will be performed with the signature soul and innovative musical arrangements of the Grammy-nominated Broadway Inspirational Voices. This event will help benefit the BIV Outreach Program.
