Staged readings: The Secret Garden (Caldwell Theatre, Boca Raton), Man of La Mancha, Zorba! and Camelot (Palm Beach Dramaworks, West Palm Beach), plus numerous new works presented at Theatre Lab at Florida Atlantic University (Boca Raton), the Arts Garage (Delray Beach) and others. Fantel produced two Carbonell Awards ceremonies and continues to serve as Music Director for the annual awards gala. She has performed with Andrea Bocelli and Broadway’s Beth Malone, Liz Callaway, Lorna Luft, Tovah Feldshuh, Lee Roy Reams, Daisy Eagan, Liz Larsen, John Bolton and others. Fantel, the Music Coordinator/Music Director for the Department of Theatre and Dance at Florida Atlantic University, is also an audition and college prep coach, workshop presenter, private instructor, and Broward County Cultural Council member. She composed the music for the one-act musical Fish Head Soup, and is collaborating on a number of solo cabaret shows.
