Blake Fountain is an Atlanta-based actor, singer, and arts leader whose career spans both the stage and the boardroom. With a BFA in Musical Theatre and an MS in Entertainment Business, Blake has performed with theatres across Atlanta and toured nationally with A Christmas Carol and Golden Gals Live! starring Ginger Minj. Offstage, Blake serves as Teaching Artist Liaison at the Alliance Theatre and sits on the Board of Directors at Out Front Theatre Company, where he champions queer voices and new work.
By night, Blake transforms into Tugboat the Queen — Atlanta’s live-singing chaos queen. Known for camp, comedy, and powerhouse vocals, Tugboat brings a theatrical edge to drag, blending Broadway belting with sheer chaos to create unforgettable performances. Audiences never quite know what to expect, except that Tugboat will leave them laughing, cheering, and maybe even a little stunned.
Together, Blake and Tugboat are devoted to performance in all its forms: bold, irreverent, and unapologetically queer.
