English National Opera has announced that Du Yun's Pulitzer Prize-winning opera Angel's Bone will open at the London Coliseum in October, following its UK premiere in Greater Manchester in May, marking a bold expression of ENO's dual-centre model. Angel's Bone opens at Aviva Studios, Manchester, home of Factory International, on 12 May 2026 before arriving at the London Coliseum on 16 October 2026.

The Foundry, in collaboration with Spin Cycle, will present a series of new productions starting in 2025 at their venue in West Stockbridge, Massachusetts.

The Watermill Theatre has revealed the cast for the world premiere of Victoria: A Queen Unbound, a new play by Daisy Goodwin, creator of ITV's Victoria.

Brazil’s beloved doll takes center stage in this original musical that blends nostalgia, fantasy, and sharp social commentary. Conceived and written by Mara Carvalho, with music by Thiago Gimenes and direction by Ulysses Cruz, Susi, o Musical reimagines the 1966 Estrela Toy Factory icon for a new generation. The story follows Victor, a screen-obsessed boy who embarks on a dreamlike journey alongside Susi and a vibrant cast of characters, exploring identity, belonging, consumerism, and self-discovery. Featuring pop-infused original songs, bold visuals, and multiple versions of Susi representing diverse professions and backgrounds, the production celebrates Brazilian cultural memory while reflecting on contemporary challenges. A family-friendly spectacle with heart and humor.
