Friday, July 19, AMC's Ridley Scott-produced anthology series, The Terror: Infamy released the new trailer at San Diego Comic Con following a panel with series stars, George Takei (who also serves as a series consultant), Derek Mio, Kiki Sukezane and Cristina Rodlo, and co-creators and executive producers, Alexander Woo (True Blood) and Max Borenstein (Kong: Skull Island, Godzilla). The Terror: Infamy premieres on Monday, August 12 at 9:00pm ET/8:00pm CT on AMC.

Fathom Events will premiere a new documentary, 'Allegiance to Broadway: The Dream. The Story. The Journey of A Musical,' by director/filmmaker Greg Vander Veer on Tuesday, December 4th at 7:30 pm (local time) in cinemas across the country. 'Allegiance to Broadway' will give audiences an in-depth look into the making of George Takei's ('Star Trek,' 'Heroes') moving Broadway musical, which also starred Tony Award winner Lea Salonga (Miss Saigon, Mulan) and Telly Leung (Aladdin, Godspell, 'Glee').

Recently on Broadway, Leung has starred in the musicals Allegiance and In Transit. He also appeared on Broadway in Flower Drum Song and Pacific Overtures and was part of the final Broadway company of the hit musical Rent. He originated Boq in the Chicago production of Wicked and played Dalton Academy Warbler Wes on Fox's smash television series 'Glee.'

The 2017 Lucille Lortel Awards for Outstanding Achievement Off-Broadway were handed out last night to recipients in 19 categories, with three honorary awards also bestowed. The Lortel Awards were distributed in a ceremony at NYU Skirball Center hosted by actor and comedian Taran Killam. This year's event was once again a benefit for The Actors Fund.
