The Office! A Musical Parody will end its seven-year run in the Jerry Orbach Theater at The Theater Center (210 West 50th Street, 3rd Floor) Off-Broadway. The closing performance is set for Saturday, March 21, 2026.

Beginning Monday, January 26, the ninth and final season of The Office: Superfan Episodes will be available alongside the previously released eight seasons.

ASHLAND AVENUE is a genial and charming play set in Chicago. Directed by Goodman Theatre’s Artistic Director Susan Booth, the Chicago setting of Lee Kirk’s world premiere certainly seems fitting for the opening of the theater’s centennial season. But this isn’t the kind of gritty, metaphorical “blood on the walls” kind of play often associated with Chicago-style theater. Instead, Kirk’s story about a Chicago family-owned business is much gentler.

Jenna Fischer is a trooper! According to a new interview, the Mean Girls actress broke her shoulder during a break in filming. “I shot for one day on Mean Girls, and then I didn't have to shoot for a month. And in that month I went on a ski trip and I fell on a sidewalk and I broke my shoulder...So I had to shoot the rest of the movie with a very newly broken shoulder'

According to Variety, Mean Girls is projected to remain at the top box office spot for the third week in a row and bring in $6.7 million over the next three days.

Mean Girls is holding the top spot at the box office, despite weak numbers during the second weekend.

Since the release of the Mean Girls movie musical, the original Broadway cast recording has seen a streaming increase on Spotify. The film verison cuts nine of the songs that were performed in the Broadway production, leading fans to re-visit the cast recording after seeing the new film. After two trailers not featuring music from the film, the new film adaptation of Mean Girls was not explicitly sold to general audiences as a musical. After its triumphant opening at the box office, Variety reports that Paramount elected not to market the film as a musical, in an effort to not 'turn off audiences.'
