OPERATION MINCEMEAT has announced casting for the UK leg of its world tour. The Tony and Olivier Award-winning musical will launch at The Lowry before touring nationwide.

Kicking off a new multi-year partnership between BAM and the National Theatre of Great Britain, National  Theatre Deputy Artistic Director Robert Hastie (Operation Mincemeat) brings his contemporary HAMLET to US audiences this spring at the Harvey Theater at BAM.  

Check out new behind-the-scenes video from the promo shoot for SYLVIA, ahead of the production’s return this autumn. The musical will tour the UK before culminating in a limited run of performances at the Royal Albert Hall.

NT Live's filmed screening of Hamlet, featuring Hiran Abeysekera (Olivier award-winner for Life of Pi) in the title role, will be released in UK cinemas on January 22 and soon after around the world.

Singer/song writer and performer Beverley Knight MBE will reprise her Olivier Award-winning role as Emmeline Pankhurst, alongside Sharon Rose as Sylvia in a UK tour culminating in a run at the Royal Albert Hall this Autumn.

Sylvia, the Olivier-nominated musical created by The Old Vic and ZooNation: The Kate Prince Company, will return in Autumn 2026 for a major UK tour culminating in a five-performance engagement at the Royal Albert Hall.

Operation Mincemeat is the small but mighty new musical that has taken over the Golden Theatre this Spring. Ben Stone has been along for the ride, first as a loyal fan, then stepping in as the show's scenic and costume designer.
