We give an A+ to BarBacon for the best B's ever; bacon, bourbon and beer. Trendy and appealing, this spot is great for winding down. With sports monitors and background music at just the noise right level, it's a good spot for a date, get-togethers with friends or family groups. Reservations are taken only for 8 or more.

Chef/Owner, Peter Sherman brings a wealth of culinary experience to BarBacon. He sources food locally including the neighborhood's own Amy's Bread. BarBacon's delicious signature sandwiches include Shani's BLT ($12) with Applewood Smoked Bacon, Romaine, Organic Tomato, Sunny Egg, Avocado and Mayo, their Grilled Cheese ($10) served with a smooth, spicy tomato and eggplant soup and their Bacon Loves Lobster Roll ($20). While this is a prime spot for comfort food, you don't have to be a bacon lover to enjoy your visit. If you want to "hold the bacon" there are choices the menu too that also work including their Open Faced Grilled Chicken Club ($13) and great salad, side and dessert choices.

We tried some of their refreshing signature drinks that pair wonderfully with menu choices like their Green Envy ($13) Crop Organic Cucumber Vodka, St. Germain, muddled cucumbers and grapes or the Ring of Fire ($13) Brugal Rum, muddled Jalapeno and limes, pineapple juice, rimmed with Magic Dust. You can also enjoy their Bacon Flight (4 Artisanal Bacons $12) or their Beer and Bacon Flight (4 Bacons, 4 Craft Beers $20). The bar has an All-American wine list and with draft beer well priced, ($7 pint, $24 pitcher). So, relax, kick back and enjoy this bacon lovers' dream.
