Tom Hiddleston Recites Shakespeare In Flashy New Jaguar ART OF VILLAINY Promo Film
Stage superstar and rising screen standout Tom Hiddleston leads a new short film promoting luxury car brand Jaguar titled THE ART OF VILLAINY and a new look at the actor in action suavely reciting Shakespeare while manning a sports car is now available to view.
Hiddleston commands a cool look in a dark suit driving a sleek white Jaguar in the brand new promotional film which boasts a memorable reading of RICHARD II as well as Hiddleston's own idiosyncratic take on it.
"They say Brits play the best villains. But, what makes a great villain?" Hiddleston alluringly posits following a playing of a famous RICHARD II monologue.
Following that, he displays a dextrous way with the wheel - and much more, as the case may be.
Of course, Hiddleston recites some Shakespeare himself, too, before the final reel.
At the close: "This England, it's all mine," he says with a villainous laugh - and appropriately so, given the gist of the promotional campaign.
Of note, Jaguar's THE ART OF VILLANY was directed by Mark Jenkinson with music by Chris Green.
