(7/25/2014) - I am a transplant into the city. I have just moved here by way of the smallish Texas town Baytown. To say that life in this city is different would be a dramatic understatement. I have only been here for a month, but I can easily pin-point my biggest struggle of this transition: finding a routine. I have suddenly found it much harder to eat at normal times and to squeeze in that customary daily dose of physical activity. What's worse is that I see all of my friends back home logging their workouts via Facebook, and I can't help but feel a little guilty and more than a little homesick.
