All new rehearsal photos have been released for the UK tour of Danny Robins’ 2:22 - A Ghost Story. The edge-of-your-seat, supernatural thriller stars Joe Absolom (A Confession, Doc Martin)as Ben, Charlene Boyd (Mayflies, River City) as Lauren, Nathaniel Curtis (It’s a Sin, The Witcher) as Sam and Louisa Lytton (EastEnders, The Bill) as Jenny.
Ruby Rose, Daniel Macpherson, Gemma Ward and Remy Hii star in the award-winning play 2:22 - A Ghost Story. The play will make its Australian premiere at Melbourne’s Her Majesty’s Theatre Friday 28 July and play for a strictly limited season to August 20.
Frankie Bridge will join the cast of 2:22 - A Ghost Story playing the character Lauren in her West End debut after Sophia Bush has had to withdraw from the production due to illness. Frankie Bridge will perform from August until the end of the run on 17 September.

It doesn’t help that director Matthew Dunster plays much of Danny Robins’ script for laughs when it could have been amping up some suspense. It would have been more cohesive and had a bigger impact if it hadn’t played as a comedy for most of its 2-hour run time, though it wouldn’t have been enough to make the story land.

Playwright Danny Robins’ 2:22 – A Ghost Story will have its U.S. premiere November 4, 2022 (with previews starting October 29th) at the Center Theater Group’s Ahmanson. Matthew Dunster directs the cast of four: Constance Wu, Anna Camp, Adam Rothenberg, and Finn Wittrock. I persuaded Finn to chat about 2:22, as well as reminisce on some of his career highlights.
