Jesus Christ Superstar: Live in Concert

CHELSEA TABLE + STAGE will present Grammy Award-nominated singer and songwriter Mykal Kilgore on Sunday, September 25 at 7:00 PM. Kilgore will perform original selections from his acclaimed debut album, A Man Born Black, in addition to his latest single “The Man in the Barbershop.”

Rubicon Theatre Company will begin its 25th year with a “Starry Soiree” celebration headlined by Emmy, Tony, Grammy and SAG Award Nominee NORM LEWIS. At the October 8th event, attendees will be treated to a concert of musical theatre hits sung by Lewis, Broadway’s first African-American “Phantom” and celebrated artists of stage and screen.

A new limited series following Vanessa Williams’ personal view about the scandal that forced her to resign her Miss America crown in 1984 is in the works. Sony Pictures have optioned the rights to her story with Neil Meron producing.

The Hylton Performing Arts Center welcomes trailblazing Broadway legend and Emmy, Tony, GRAMMY, and SAG Award nominee Norm Lewis for An Evening with Norm Lewis on September 18.

Acclaimed stage and screen actor Norm Lewis will headline Skylight Night 2022, an annual fundraiser supporting Skylight Music Theatre. It will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2022, in the main ballroom of the Woman’s Club of Wisconsin.

The American Theatre Guild will present the reimagined 50th Anniversary tour of JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR. This production is a part of the BROADWAY IN TOLEDO SERIES and will take the Stranahan Theater stage October 13–16, 2022.

The fully renovated State Theatre New Jersey presents the reimagined 50th Anniversary tour of Jesus Christ Superstar for four performances on Friday, June 9 at 8pm; Saturday, June 10 at 2pm and 8pm; and Sunday, June 11 at 2pm. This production is a fast paced 90-minutes without intermission. Tickets range from $29-$79.  

Broadway stars Skylar Astin, Norm Lewis and Brian Stokes Mitchell will complete the glittering cast of Broadway luminaries for Everybody Rise! A Sondheim Celebration on Sunday, July 30, 2023, at the Hollywood Bowl. They are joined by previously announced three-time Tony Award-winner Patti LuPone, Sierra Boggess and Sutton Foster for this unforgettable concert program curated by Robert Longbottom and Kevin Stites and conducted by Stites.
