The global hit celebrating the life of the Queen of Rock ’n’ Roll arrives in Brazil. TINA – The Tina Turner Musical, nominated for 12 Tony Awards, opened February 26 at Teatro Santander as part of the venue’s 10th anniversary season. Starring Analu Pimenta as Tina and César Mello as Ike Turner, the production traces the icon’s journey from humble beginnings in Nutbush, Tennessee, to international superstardom. Developed with Tina Turner’s own involvement, the jukebox musical features electrifying performances of classics including “The Best,” “What’s Love Got To Do With It?,” “Private Dancer,” and “Proud Mary.” A story of resilience, reinvention, and triumph, the show runs in a limited engagement in São Paulo.

Full casting has been announced for the UK and Ireland tour of the smash hit romantic musical comedy WAITRESS, opening at the New Wimbledon Theatre from Saturday 28 March 2026.

Henry Johnson, the film adaptation of the play from writer-director David Mamet, has released its first trailer. For the movie, the full cast reprises their stage roles on-screen, including Evan Jonigkeit, Chris Bauer, Dominic Hoffman, and Shia LaBeouf. Watch the trailer here.
