April Lavalle Biography
April Lavalle is a New York native who sings, acts, and tries to dance. She is a proud member of both AEA and SAG/AFTRA. She has performed in 9 countries, spanning from China to France, and all across the United States. Her travels have taken her everywhere from performing on stage at Euro Disney to studying Commedia Dell'Arte in Amsterdam. She has appeared on camera with College Humor and Teen Nick (with Nick Cannon), and in a bunch of commercials with everyone from Martha Stewart to Jim Parsons. She also has performed in over 70 live theatre productions, and has had the opportunity to work under Tony Winner Michele Pawk, John Carrafa, and Marcia Milgrom-Dodge. April has BA in Theatre Performance from Wagner College, and has also studied improv and sketch at UCB. In 2019, April won a Tony Award for co-producing Hadestown.April Lavalle News

Announced today is Millennials Are Killing Musicals, a new musical written by NAMT and Drama League Award-winner Nico Juber, which will receive an industry reading on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 11:00am and 2:00pm at Open Jar Studios, and will be presented in a public concert on Monday, April 4th at 9:30pm at Feinstein’s/54 Below.
