Surfside Players Closes THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW 10/30

October and the Halloween season are upon us, which means... Let's do the Time Warp again! Surfside Players, Cocoa Beach, proudly announces our 2010 production of THE ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW, the cult sci-fi horror B-movie classic, featuring a live shadow cast! We want you to come out and join the fun!

Long time participants Holly McFarland and Rachel Cooke step into the director roles this year. Many new, talented performers join the ranks of the Transylvanians, and this year's pre-show features more songs and dancing than ever before! Prop bags are available at the concessions booth. Dress for the occasion, bring friends who want to experience the show for the first time (wink, wink), and unleash your inner Wild and Untamed Thing. Come out and join the tradition!

This show, like the R-rated movie it is based on, is for "Mature" audiences only. Participants under 18 require parent/guardian consent to attend.

The show runs October 15 - 30, Friday and Saturday nights for three weekends, with the pre-show starting at 11:45 pm and the film starting at MIDNIGHT. Tickets are $10; we cannot take reservations in advance, but you may call (321) 783-3127 for more info.

Presented by special arrangement with Criterion Pictures. To get to Surfside Playhouse from the mainland, take 520 or 528 eastbound to A1A southbound, or take 192 or the Pineda Causeway eastbound to A1A northbound. Drive into Cocoa Beach, and turn west on Fifth Street South. Can't wait to see you all there!
