Theatro São Pedro's lyrical season will continue with the production of the comic opera The Barber of Seville, by Paisiello, with the Opera Academy and the Youth Orchestra of Theatro São Pedro under the musical direction of Maíra Ferreira and stage direction by Ines Bushatsky.

Theatro São Pedro's opera season opens in April with an impactful program: Fidelio, the only opera composed by Ludwig van Beethoven (1770-1827), will be performed on April 18, 20, 23, 25 and 27. With Cláudio Cruz as musical director and William Pereira as stage director, and featuring singers such as Eiko Senda, Eric Herrero, Andrey Mira and Licio Bruno.
