Tense New STOKER Clip Featuring Matthew Goode

DANCING ON THE EDGE leading man Matthew Goode is featuring in a tense new clip that has just been released in anticipation of the Sundance Film Festival premiere of STOKER, directed by lauded international horror director Park Chan-Wook.

In the clip, Uncle Charlie lends some paternal advice to his troubled young niece, India (played by Mia Wasikowska), going so far as to offer her some adult beverages along with his condolences and advice.

She clearly is not having much of that, though, as you shall see. Yet, something more sinister seems to be residing in the recesses of her mind.

The official synopsis for STOKER is as follows: "After India's (Wasikowska) father dies in an auto accident, her Uncle Charlie (Goode), who she never knew existed, comes to live with her and her emotionally unstable mother Evelyn (Nicole Kidman). Soon after his arrival, she comes to suspect this mysterious, charming man has ulterior motives, but instead of feeling outrage or horror, this friendless girl becomes increasingly infatuated with him."

STOKER is in theaters nationwide March 1.

Check out the clip from the forthcoming thriller below.
