Verizon Wireless 4G LTE Network Now Available In and Around New Hampshire
Verizon Wireless' 4G LTE network has launched in Keene, New Hampshire. Verizon Wireless customers with compatible devices in Keene and seven additional surrounding communities are now able to experience the speed and capabilities offered by the nation's largest 4G LTE network.
Two years after its debut, the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network offers more 4G LTE coverage than all other competitors' networks combined, with coverage currently available to more than 250 million people throughout the United States. As of January 1, Verizon Wireless offers 4G LTE service in more than 470 markets throughout the country.
"With speeds up to ten times faster than 3G, Verizon Wireless' 4G LTE network now offers customers in Keene and other nearby communities tremendous opportunities to better connect and innovate," commented Christine Berberich, New England President for Verizon Wireless. Since 2000, Verizon Wireless has invested more than $3 billion into its New England network to increase coverage and capacity on behalf of customers. Verizon Wireless' 4G LTE network is the nation's largest and was recently recognized in New England for ranking highest among all other national wireless providers in the J.D. Power and Associates 2012 Wireless Network Quality Performance Study(SM), Volume 2.
