In addition to politics, the show featured debate about soft news stories, such as the 2006 Duke University lacrosse team scandal or the death of Anna Nicole Smith, or one-on-one interviews with politicians, commonly with the host who most closely shared the guest's political ideology. The show's format resembled a former CNN show called Crossfire, which similarly had co-hosts on both the left and right.

Fox announced on November 24, 2008 that Alan Colmes would leave the show at the end of the year, but he remains a commentator on Fox News, runs the blog Liberaland, and makes occasional appearances on other programs like The O'Reilly Factor, and Shovio.com's TalkBackTV. On December 11, it was announced that Hannity would take over the time slot alone with a new show simply titled Hannity, which would have a format closer to his weekend program Hannity's America. Mad Money - CNBC

"Mad Money" is an American finance television program hosted by Jim Cramer that began airing on CNBC on March 14, 2005. Its main focus is investment and speculation, particularly in publicly traded stocks. In a notable departure from the CNBC programming style prior to its arrival, Mad Money presents itself in an entertainment-style format rather than a news broadcasting one. Cramer defines "mad money" as the money one "can use to invest in stocks ... not retirement money, which you want in 401K or an IRA, a savings account, bonds, or the most conservative of dividend-paying stocks." Mad Money replaced Dylan Ratigan's Bullseye for the 6 p.m. Eastern Time slot. On January 8, 2007, CNBC began airing reruns of the show at 11 p.m. Eastern Time, on Monday through Friday, and at 4 a.m. Eastern Time, on Saturdays.

In March 2012, the program became a part of what was formerly branded as NBC All Night in the nominal 3:07 a.m. ET/2:07 a.m. timeslot on weeknights, replacing week-delayed repeats of NBC's late night talk shows. In that form, only the video for the program was presented on a 16:9 screen with gray branded windowboxing andpillarboxing, with all enhanced business information, including the CNBC Ticker, removed. Because of the scheduling of local station's 4 a.m. or 4:30 a.m. newscasts to airEarly Today depending on how a station schedules its overnight programming (even if it airs at the regular time in the Eastern and Pacific time zones for instance, seven minutes would have to be cut-off to fit in Early Today and a local newscast starting at 4:30 a.m.), it is subject to local pre-emption, including by NBC O&O's.

On August 4, 2014, Mad Money was first broadcast in full 1080i HD, resulting in the removal of the sidebar that was seen on all of CNBC's other trading-day programming, until the sidebar itself was permanently removed altogether on October 13, 2014. The NBC presentation displays the native widescreen HD picture, albeit with the CNBC Ticker space still filled in with gray windowboxing.

Mob Wives - VH1

Mob Wives is a docu-soap series which follows the lives of a group of ("according to the federal government") associated women at a crossroads, struggling to establish their own identities and carry on while their loved ones do time for Mob-related activities. Along the way they battle their friends, families, and each other as they try to do what's best for themselves, their children, and their future.

When lines are crossed and when true colors come out - Who will unite and who will fight? Over the course of five seasons, Mob Wives viewers have witnessed moments of genuine struggle, friendship, and betrayal among a tight-knit group of Staten Island women united by a connection never before seen on television. But one thing remained clear throughout - it's family connections that count the most. Now those bonds are put to the ultimate test in the sixth and final season of Mob Wives coined Mob Wives: The Last Stand.

For the final, emotionally-charged cycle, Mob Wives: The Last Stand returns the focus exclusively to where it all began New York City. The Philly girls have left the building, and the "OG" cast is back together on Staten Island, where they always keep it "one-hundred" with each other. But amongst this sisterhood could there be enemies within?

Since the series premiere in 2011, the women have created new lives for themselves as their loved ones do time for alleged mob-related activities. For each of these women, the struggle is real, and sometimes betrayal is a way of life. Despite the high-octane drama these ladies are known for, they are more than just their "reputed" mob connections. They are mothers and wives, businesswomen and entrepreneurs, and for the last time, they're putting it all on the line to survive. Complicating the situation even more, two local newcomers are about to make their presence known in no uncertain terms.

The O'Reilly Factor - FOX News Channel

"The O'Reilly Factor", originally titled The O'Reilly Report from 1996 to 1998 and often called The Factor, is an American cable television news and talk show on the Fox News Channel hosted by political commentator Bill O'Reilly, who often discusses current controversial political issues with guests. The O'Reilly Factor is generally prerecorded, though on rare occasions it airs live if breaking news or special events are being covered (e.g. presidential addresses that occur during prime-time). It is usually taped between 5:00 and 7:00 PM Eastern Time and airs weekdays at 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM. The show is recorded "live to tape", meaning that the recording breaks for commercials as if the show was actually on the air while being recorded. Some guests are interviewed before the "live to tape" period and are slotted in the program as appropriate.

O'Reilly and his producers discuss potential topics twice a week. A producer will research the story and book guests for O'Reilly, and an information packet will be produced with possible angles for O'Reilly to explore. For each show, O'Reilly, with the assistance of his staff, will produce a script with the words for the "Talking Points Memo" and "Tip of the Day" segments, and points of discussion and questions for the guests that will appear on the program.

Chicago PD - NBC

"District 21 of the Chicago Police Department is made up of two distinctly different groups. There are the uniformed cops who patrol the beat and go head to head with the city's street crimes. And there's the Intelligence Unit, the team that combats the city's major offenses - organized crime, drug trafficking, high profile murders and beyond. These are their stories."

From multiple Emmy Award-winning executive producer Dick Wolf and the team behind the hit series "Chicago Fire", "Chicago P.D." is a riveting police drama about the men and women of the Chicago Police Department's elite Intelligence Unit, combatting the city's most heinous offenses - organized crime, drug trafficking, high profile murders and beyond.

Hand-picked as the head of the Unit is Detective Sgt. Hank Voight (Jason Beghe), who is at ground zero against the war on crime in Chicago. He will do ANYTHING to bring criminals to justice. Voight has assembled a team of diverse detectives who share his passion and commitment to keep the city safe. They include: Detective Antonio Dawson (Jon Seda) who is more level-headed and "by the book" than his counterpart; Jay Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer), a brash young detective who previously saw active military duty in the Middle East; Halstead's partner Erin Lindsay (Sophia Bush), a former "bad girl" who turned her life around with Voight's help; Alvin Olinsky (Elias Koteas), an experienced undercover detective and confidante for Voight; and Adam Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger), a quick-witted cadet plucked from the police academy as Olinsky's partner.

The Unit includes a new member in the form of Kevin Atwater (LaRoyce Hawkins), a charismatic patrolman who recently was brought upstairs. Kim Burgess (Marina Squerciati) and Sean Roman (Brian Geraghty) assist with the unit but on a daily basis they work the streets as uniform patrol officers often working with intelligence whenever necessary. Desk Sgt. Trudy Platt (Amy Morton) runs a tight precinct with tough love although she lets her softer more vulnerable side shine through from time to time.

In addition to Wolf, executive producers include Matt Olmstead, Peter Jankowski, Michael Brandt, Derek Haas, Danielle Gelber, Mark Tinker and Arthur Forney.

"Chicago P.D." is produced by Wolf Films in association with Universal Television.

Hannity - FOX News Channel

"Hannity & Colmes" was a live television show on Fox News Channel in the United States, hosted by Sean Hannity and Alan Colmes, who respectively presented a conservative and liberal perspective. The series premiered on October 7, 1996, and the final episode aired on January 9, 2009. It was the precursor to the Hannity program, which airs in the same time slot. The show offered Hannity's conservative views and Colmes's liberal views incorporated into a current news story, or in conjunction with a featured guest.

January 9, 2009 was the last airing of Hannity & Colmes, with January 12 marking the beginning of the new "Hannity" program.
