Clint Eastwood Spotted On JERSEY BOYS Set & New On Location ShotsMake my... musical?! The legendary Hollywood icon directing the big screen adaptation of the Tony Award-winning Best Musical and Four Seasons jukebox sensation JERSEY BOYS, none other than Clint Eastwood, was spotted onset of the new movie musical earlier this month and some shots from the set have appeared online.

Shooting at the Biltmore Hotel in the financial district of Los Angeles, Eastwood oversaw an elaborate party scene staged in the lobby of the esteemed establishment.

Additionally, onset reports indicate jazz music accompanied the 1960s-era action, with the noted musician and composer taking some time to soak up the appreciable sounds of the scene while acting as captain of the ship.

JERSEY BOYS is directed by Clint Eastwood with a shooting screenplay by John Logan based upon the Broadway musical featuring the music and lyrics of Bob Gaudio & Bob Crewe, written by Marshall Brickman and Rick Elice. The film stars John Lloyd Young, Erich Bergen, Vincent Piazza, Michael Lomenda, Mike Doyle and Christopher Walken. No release date has yet been announced.

Of note, JERSEY BOYS is currently in production, with online reports confirming the cast and crew shooting on location throughout Los Angeles. No official release date has been confirmed at this time.
