Jason Donovan will star in Disney's HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL as Coach Bolton. Celebrating the 20th anniversary of the iconic movie, Lowry, Salford, will open the first UK non-replica production on 22 August 2026.

The Broadway classic Dreamgirls makes its Brazilian debut in a dazzling production. Letícia Soares shines as Effie White, while Laura Castro (Deena) and Samantha Schmütz (Lorell) complete a dynamic trio. Priscilla, Queen of the Desert is a jukebox musical with book by Stephan Elliott and Allan Scott, using well-known pop songs as its score. Adapted from Elliott's 1994 movie , the musical tells the story of two drag queens and a trans woman, who contract to perform a drag show at a resort in Alice Springs, a town in the remote Australian desert.

PrideArts has announced it will present the off-Broadway and Broadway hit musical [title of show] to open its fall 2024-25 season from August 23 to September 22, 2024, directed by Jay Españo, with music direction by Robert Ollis.

In a new report from Deadline, Stephan Elliott, director of Priscilla, Queen Of The Desert, has confirmed that a sequel to the 1994 film is underway with actors Terence Stamp, Guy Pearce And Hugo Weaving reprising their roles. “The original cast is on board, I’ve got a script that everybody likes, we’re still working out deals. … It’s happening,” Elliott said.
