A recipient of the 2022 Tony Awards Honor for Excellence in the Theatre, 54 Below is a non-profit organization with a mission to preserve and expand the art of the cabaret, honor the music of Broadway, and provide an unparalleled experience to diverse communities.

Nick Arnstein might get all of Fanny's love, but this Broadway season, the Tony Awards are all about Eddie Ryan. Jared Grimes makes his Broadway musical debut in the hit revival of Funny Girl- a performance for which he was nominated for Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Musical.

Mrs. Doubtfire might have already taken its final bow, but the legacy of the show lives on this awards season in the Tony-nominated performance from its leading man- Rob McClure.

Michael Oberholtzer might play the most controversial character in Second Stage's revival of Take Me Out, but there is nothing controversial about his performance, for which he was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Featured Role in a Play. 

Jesse Tyler Ferguson has been a treasured member of the Broadway community since his debut in the 1998 revival on On the Town. This season he returns to the stage as 'Mason' in Second Stage's revival of Take Me Out, in a performance which has earned him a career first- a Tony nomination!

Immediately following a nomination for her work in Slave Play, Joaquina Kalukango is a Tony nominee once again- this time, for her standing ovation-earning performance in Paradise Sqaure. 

Ruben Santiago-Hudson is Broadway's jack of all trades this season. Not only did he direct MTC's Tony-nominated Skeleton Crew, but he wrote, directed and starred in Lackwanna Blues- the latter of which earned him a Tony nomination for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Play.

One of the seven reasons that audiences are on their feet every night at the Shubert Theatre is Rachel Dratch, who is up for her very first Tony Award for her hysterical performance in POTUS: Or, Behind Every Great Dumbass are Seven Women Trying to Keep Him Alive.
