OPERATION MINCEMEAT has announced casting for the UK leg of its world tour. The Tony and Olivier Award-winning musical will launch at The Lowry before touring nationwide.

Following the seventeenth West End and fifth Broadway extensions, the Tony Award® and double Olivier Award-winning musical OPERATION MINCEMEAT unveils the cast for the UK leg of its world tour.

There are some stories that never grow old, and The Sound of Music is definitely one of them. Sixty years after the movie premiered, and sixty-six since the stage show first hit Broadway, this tale of love, family, the healing power of music, and resistance against persecution in 1930s Austria is as relevant and heartwarming as ever. Leicester Curve’s Christmas production, directed by Nikolai Foster, gives it a fresh new look while honouring the original and providing beautiful renditions of the Rodgers and Hammerstein songs we know and love.

Curve Theatre has released photos from inside rehearsal for its 2025 Made at Curve production of The Sound of Music, directed by Artistic Director Nikolai Foster. The production will run from November 22, 2025, through January 17, 2026.
