At D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event this weekend, Broadway performer Darren Criss took the stage during a Richard Sherman tribute panel to perform I Wanna Be Like You from The Jungle Book. The song, written by The Sherman Brothers, was originally performed by Louis Prima in the 1967 animated classic.

PBS is set to air American Masters – Blake Edwards: A Love Story in 24 Frames nationwide Tuesday, August 27 at 9 p.m. ET. Featuring never-before-seen archival video and stills, the film offers an exploration into the filmmaker’s complex life and genre-spanning career, as shared by filmmakers and family. 

According to new reports, Sony and Hasbro have closed on a deal which would allow the studio to once again adapt the fan-favorite board game. A film inspired by the murder mystery game was previously released in 1985 with an ensemble cast that included Tim Curry, Madeline Kahn, and Lesley Ann Warren, among others.
