Broadway says goodbye to three productions. Art takes its final bow at the Music Box Theatre following 21 previews and 109 regular performances; The Queen of Versailles plays its final performance at the St. James Theatre after 32 previews and 49 regular performances; and Little Bear Ridge Road will conclude its run at the Booth Theatre following 27 previews and 62 regular performances.

Kristin Chenoweth returned to the Queen of Versailles on Sunday after injuring her knees and neck after a performance last week. She took to Instagram to share that she was returning to the show after Sherie Rene Scott had stepped in for her.

Last Wednesday an actor with ties to St. Louis made his Broadway debut as King Louis XIV in The Queen of Versailles. Just three years ago, Jake Bentley Young starred as Johnny in the STAGES St. Louis production of Karate Kid The Musical. That is where he first met Queen of Versailles co-producer and STAGES St Louis founder Jack Lane.

Sherie Rene Scott will go on instead of Kristin Chenoweth tonight as Jackie in The Queen of Versailles on Broadway.

Kristin Chenoweth, accompanied by songwriter Stephen Schwartz on piano, took the stage on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Monday for a performance of 'This Is Not The Way,' from The Queen of Versailles, currently running at the St. James Theatre. Check out the full performance here.
