BLUE MOON Sets Netflix Streaming Premiere

Blue Moon, Richard Linklater's portrait of Broadway lyricist Lorenz Hart, will be available to stream on Netflix on Saturday, February 14. Released in theaters last October, the movie is currently available to rent or purchase on digital platforms, and can also be purchased on Blu-ray and DVD.

Art takes its final bow at the Music Box Theatre following 21 previews and 109 regular performances; The Queen of Versailles plays its final performance at the St. James Theatre after 32 previews and 49 regular performances; and Little Bear Ridge Road will conclude its run at the Booth Theatre following 27 previews and 62 regular performances.

There is nothing like the holidays in New York City. Ice skating under the iconic Rockefeller Center Tree, watching the Rockettes high kick in Radio City Music Hall’s Christmas Spectacular, eating your way through the Winter Village in Bryant Park, and admiring the decorated storefront windows on 5th Avenue is unforgettable. But for this regional theater critic, all the holiday hoopla (which I enjoyed) is secondary to attending live theater in Manhattan.
