BIO
Brandon Ivie is a director, dramaturg and producer. Broadway assisting: First Date, A Christmas Story, Catch Me If You Can, Next to Normal. NYC: The Public Theater/Joe's Pub, HERE Arts Center, New York University, NAMT, NYMF, NYTB. Regional: Paper Mill Playhouse, Signature Theatre, Ford's Theatre, The 5th Avenue Theatre, Village Theatre. Artistic director, Contemporary Classics/New Voices. He is a member of the Lincoln Center Theater Directors Lab and is both a Drama League Directing Fellow and an SDC Charles Abbott Fellow. He most recently directed CINDERELLA at The 5th Avenue Theatre in Seattle where he was on the artistic staff for four seasons. In his native seattle he produced Seattle premieres of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, The Last Five Years, john & jen, Zanna, Don't!, tick, tick... BOOM!, The Drowsy Chaperone, I Love You Because and the new musical The Yellow Wood. He is also director of the new musical web series, "The Hinterlands."
