BIO

Spanish filmmaker and videoartist based in New York, she merges cinematic arts, dance, music, theater and visual arts. Recipient of many awards including KrTU Young Creators, Conca grant and Kodak & Color Lab award for Best Cinematic Film for “Under Influence”, she also directed “Invisible”, “Singularity”, “Is There an Edge of Belief?” presented in festivals worldwide. Her artwork includes multimedia theater and installation performances “Mapping Moebus” (La Mama NY), “Playing Equality”, “Walk”, “Shifting Gaze” performed in the US and Europe. Award-winning writer, composer, she also edited “Cachao” with Andy Garcia (PBS’s American Master) among other feature films.
