Cody Gerszewski Biography
Cody is a New York-based Musical Theatre performer originally from the frigid plains of North Dakota. After attending school at North Dakota State University in Fargo where he studied musical performance/composition, he moved to NYC in the fall of 2016 where he studied with The Open Jar Institute's inaugural Fall Musical Theatre Residency Program. Since then, he has been fortunate enough to experience NYC's performance-community while also working with regional theaters across the country such as The Fireside, Sierra Repertory, and Cleveland Musical theatre. Outside the rehearsal room, Cody can be found cartooning,, growing facial hair, doing freelance transposition work and listening to choral music.Cody Gerszewski News

What did our critic think? Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812 is not your typical musical. It is an immersive, emotional, raucous ride that I was thrilled to have witnessed. It is not, to say the least, your typical musical. In fact, it is an electro pop opera featuring a mix of rock, pop, soul, electronic dance music and classic Broadway.
