Britt Bonney

Britt Bonney is a New York-based songwriter whose original work has been performed all over the world, from New York to London, Cape Town, Tel Aviv, and Jerusalem. She recently received an honorable mention from the Billie Burke Ziegfeld Award for female composers, and her new musical MONTGOMERY was selected for a residency at the Rhinebeck Writers Retreat.

Britt has frequently been commissioned to create new musicals for young performers, and her eclectic vocal arrangements have been featured on The Weather Channel, the Fox network, WPIX11, at Lincoln Center, and in Broadway houses. Her music directing credits include Orfeh & Andy Karl’s Legally Bound concert in San Francisco and the DC premiere of Todd Almond’s Girlfriend at Signature Theatre, in addition to the upcoming American Girl Live tour. Britt's vocals can be heard on last year’s Beauty and the Beast film as well as the Hunchback of Notre Dame cast album, which she also mixed and mastered together with Stephen Schwartz.
