Houses on the Moon Theater Company will present the world premiere of Emily Joy Weiner’s SHARED SENTENCES directed by Lisa Rothe with additional material by Barbara Allan, Kevin Barron, Zudaydah Rivera, and Tanasha Gordon. Performances begin October 26  in advance of its October 30 opening.

Lincoln Center Theater/LCT3 will present the world premiere production of YOUR OWN PERSONAL EXEGESIS, a new play by Julia May Jonas, directed by Annie Tippe, which will begin performances Saturday, November 19 and run for six weeks only through Saturday, December 31 at the Claire Tow Theater.  Opening night is Monday, December 5.
AMT Brings Guadalajara Musical Theater Students to NYC to Experience Working On Broadway

AMT Theater, led by veteran Broadway composer Al Tapper, and under the artistic direction of playwright and producer Tony Sportiello, announced that through a partnership founded by AMT Mexican liaison Laura Iniguez it will join forces with the Instituto de Desarrollo Artistico (The Artistic Development Institute or I.D.E.A) to provide nine musical theater students the opportunity to travel from Guadalajara, Mexico to New York City to experience theater making in the big apple, October 25th through October 30th.

The Off-Broadway League and the Lucille Lortel Theatre have changed the eligibility rules for the Lucille Lortel Awards. The Lortel Awards Administration Committee in collaboration with the Off-Broadway League Board of Directors has lowered the minimum seating capacity requirement of Lortel Award- eligible shows from 100 to 76.
