Broadway Grand Rapids Set To Announce 2010-2011 Season 3/22

Broadway Grand Rapids (BGR) will announce its 2010-2011 season on Monday, March 22, 2010 at 7 p.m. at DeVos Performance Hall, located at 303 Monroe Ave NW. This event is a complimentary "live" presentation with special guests and performances from several of the 2010-2011 shows.

This way of announcing the next season is unprecedented for BGR which previously has followed the pattern of most arts and entertainment organizations with mailings to current subscribers. It has been put together by BGR and Wharton Center for Performing Arts as a signal to theater-lovers of a new approach and a new era in Broadway presentations at DeVos Hall. This event will be the first opportunity for current BGR subscribers and the public to hear the new season.

The Preview is a free event and is open to the public. Seating is limited and tickets must be obtained in advance by calling Michael Belcher at 616-235-6285 or e-mail mbelcher@bwaygr.org. Tickets may also be picked up at the Broadway Grand Rapids office located at 122 Lyon Street NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. Ticket availability and seat location is on a first come, first served basis.
