CMT has announced that Ashley McBryde will receive the “Breakout Artist of the Year” award and will perform live at this year's “CMT Artists of the Year” event. This marks the third time in event history this honor will be bestowed with the GRAMMY-nominated McBryde joining the ranks of previous honorees Chris Stapleton (2015) and Kelsea Ballerini (2016). The 10th annual “Artists of the Year” celebration will air LIVE from Nashville's Schermerhorn Symphony Center on Wednesday, October 16 at 8pm ET/PT on CMT. 

Following his show at the grand opening of the new Hard Rock Live Theatre in Hollywood, FL, legendary tenor Andrea Bocelli will be returning to the U.S. for his annual Valentine's performances in four select cities. The tour will kick off on February 7th at Spectrum Center in Charlotte, NC where Bocelli will be performing with the beloved Opera Carolina Orchestra & Chorus.  He will then perform for the fourth year in a row in honor of the Valentine's holiday at AmericanAirlines Arena in Miami, FL on February 11th. On February 13th, he will be performing for the first time in three years in Atlanta, GA at the Infinite Energy Arena with the famed Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, and on February 14th, Bocelli will perform at Amalie Arena in Tampa, FL with support from the Opera Tampa Festival Chorus. Bocelli's fans will be treated to a repertoire of soaring arias, crossover hits, music from his #1 album Si, and famed love songs.

Kevin Reilly, President, TBS, TNT, and truTV, and Chief Content Officer, HBO Max today announced that Brett Weitz, general manager of TBS & TNT will now also take on oversight of truTV, reporting to him. Weitz will manage all three networks and oversee the creative executive teams and development for all three networks in New York and Los Angeles. AMC today announced that it has greenlit two new series, thriller and courtroom drama “61st Street,” from BAFTA-winner Peter Moffat (“Criminal Justice” “The Night Of” “Your Honor”) and executive produced by Michael B. Jordan and Alana Mayo of Outlier Society (“Just Mercy” “David Makes Man”), and “Kevin Can F**k Himself,” from creator Valerie Armstrong (“Lodge 49,” “SEAL Team”) and executive producers Rashida Jones and Will McCormack through Le Train Train (“Claws,” “A to Z”) as well as Craig DiGregorio. Both series are produced by AMC Studios.
