This week, on The Flash, we pick up right where we left off with Ralph jumping in front of the mirror gun and Cicada II leaving with the dagger. Sherloque and the rest of Team Flash figure out that Cicada's dagger is being used to suppress Thawne's powers in 2049, so as Barry suspected, Thawne manipulated Nora to get them to destroy the dagger in the present and free Thawne. That leaves Team Flash with the biggest choice they've had to make all season: destroy Cicada's dagger and save all the metahumans or stopping Thawne.

Now that Team Flash has figured out that Cicada's plan is to kill every meta-human in the city, they have to figure out how to stop her. Their plan of action is to give all the metas a chance to take the cure so Joe and Cecile decide to set up CCPD as a clinic and begin administering it. With the news of Cicada's attack on Central City University, including Sherloque's girl, Renee Adler, metas across the city panic and flood CCPD, overwhelming Joe and Cecile.

Every kid has to go through a rebellious phase, right? Well, this week Nora does just that when she assembles a gang of Flash's previous villains, known as the Young Rogues. The Young Rogues' mission is to steal high tech weapons from McCulloch Technologies to sell on the black market.

t's no secret that family means a lot to everyone on Team Flash. Last week, Barry made the decision, on his own, to take Nora home. Naturally (and rightfully so), Iris was not happy about that. Iris and Barry take turns yelling at each other, and the two of them almost never raise their voices at one another, about Barry's decision and Iris storms off after mean words are exchanged.

So now Team Flash knows Nora's secret and they're not happy about it. But how did Eobard Thawne become Nora's mentor and friend in the future? Team Flash reads Nora's journal to find out.

This episode felt like it could have been the season finale. Team Flash tries to track down Cicada 2.0, Nora tries to tell her father the secret she's been keeping from him all season, Cisco is starting to get serious with Kamilla, and Sherloque finally gets the answers he's been searching for.

Eobard Thawne is running out of time, Barry is running out of words, and Nora is running out of patience. This week, Nora attempts to orchestrate one last confrontation for The Flash and Cicada to offer him the cure. Team Flash has almost everything they need to defeat Cicada—they just need his permission and an opportune time.

It wouldn't be a season of The Flash if Grodd and King Shark didn't make an appearance now would it? This week they're both back and this time it's a showdown between the two of them. With the metahuman cure complete, Caitlin and Cisco look for a willing volunteer to take the cure as they agreed.

Sixty minutes without Barry. What could possibly go wrong? Apparently, a lot. Barry is in the Speed Force to quicken the synthesis of the completed metahuman cure, leaving Team Flash one speedster short.

Cicada is still a looming threat in Central City. This week, Team Flash goes undercover and plays to their individual strengths and tries a couple of different, unconventional approaches to taking him down.

Last week, Barry suggested that they try to wake up Grace to stop Cicada. They believe that somewhere deep down, Cicada has a heart. However, in order to wake up Grace, Team Flash has to go into her memories with the Memory Machine that Sherloque has been working on.

It's been a few weeks since we've seen Cicada but this week on The Flash, he's back and with a vengeance. Cicada is tired of not being able to see his daughter, Grace, in the hospital, so he starts on a killing spree of former metahuman criminals. Now, obviously, this doesn't sit well with Team Flash so, with Cecile's help, they arrange for other former meta criminals to be moved under federal protection.

This week on The Flash, we get a very Nora-centric episode, the return of Weather Witch, and an idea for a metahuman cure.

The Flash, on a Sunday? What's going on? Well, it's the first hour of this year's epic Arrowverse crossover event, Elseworlds. This year, there are gods from other Earths, killer robots, and all of our favourite superheroes in the Arrowverse and it's just a whole lot of fun.

Happy 100th episode to The Flash! 100 episodes is a huge milestone in the TV industry and I'm happy that The Flash made it this far. Like other TV shows, the 100th episode is usually dramatic, nostalgic, and sometimes there's a twist. This week, The Flash sticks to this formula as Team Flash has their first real chance to defeat Cicada.

Thanksgiving and the holiday season is all about spending time with your family and loved ones. That's exactly what happens on this week's episode of The Flash. It's Thanksgiving in Central City and Barry and Iris are looking forward to their first Thanksgiving in the loft as a family, including Nora.

Nothing says welcome back to another week of The Flash like an ultra-creepy villain that BARRY describes as a stretching clown meta. To quote Iris, 'that's not creepy at all.'

Cicada is still looming somewhere in Central City but this week Barry and Iris have more important things to worry about, like how to be good parents and role models for Nora.
