Cincinnati Pops to Welcome The Midtown Men, 11/2
(10/21/2014) - A musical sensation on Broadway and now on film, Jersey Boys has taken America by storm, bringing back all of the tight harmonies and rock 'n' roll that defined the 1960s. The Cincinnati Pops Orchestra welcomes four stars from the original Broadway cast to the Music Hall stage, bringing their hit tunes to life for one night only, 7 p.m. Sunday, November 2. With music ranging from The Mamas and the Papas ("California Dreamin'") and The Beatles ("Can't Buy Me Love") to The Temptations ("Just My Imagination"), The Midtown Men have brought their tunes and their incredible choreography to stages across the country. Highlighting the show, of course, is the music of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons' greatest hits, including Big Girls Don't Cry, Can't Take My Eyes Off You, and Oh, What a Night.
Urban Gospel Musical IN LOVE WITH TYRONE Aiming for Broadway
(10/17/2014) - Playwright Ericka Nicole Malone is looking to take her popular Gospel Musical "In Love with Tyrone" to the Big Apple and is currently in talks with directors and producers to bring the touring show to Broadway for a run on the "Great White Way." Malone has partnered with a famed New York City General Manager and Tony Award-winning Producer, who has produced past and current shows on Broadway.
Cincinnati Playhouse Presents SAFE HOUSE, Now thru 11/15
(10/18/2014) - SAFE HOUSE, Keith Josef Adkins' moving and surprising drama exploring a little-known chapter in our region's history, is the 71st world premiere production at the Playhouse. It will continue the Robert S. Marx Theatre season today, Oct. 18 through Nov. 15.

(10/16/2014) - I'm normally not a fan of an one person shows because what I love about theater is the interaction between multiple actors and the emotions that can come from that. However, I Love, I Lost, I Made Spaghetti has made me rethink my previous thought. This was an engaging, fun and interesting one person production.
Cincinnati Shakespeare Company's THE BIRDS Opens this Week
