Scoop: MODERN FAMILY on ABC - Wednesday, October 10, 2012"Schooled" - The day has arrived for Phil and Claire to drop Haley off at college, which is a difficult moment for any parent, but it's made worse when they manage to really embarrass Haley. Meanwhile, Manny forces Jay and Gloria to take a baby class... they humor him and go, but end up being a bit of a disruption; and Mitch and Cam drop Lily off for the first day of kindergarten, but when she gets into a tussle with another little boy, they end up having a meeting with the boy's confrontational lesbian parents, on "Modern Family," WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 10 (9:00-9:31 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

"Modern Family" stars Ed O'Neill as Jay, Julie Bowen as Claire, Ty Burrell as Phil, Sofía Vergara as Gloria, Jesse Tyler Ferguson as Mitchell, Eric Stonestreet as Cameron, Sarah Hyland as Haley, Nolan Gould as Luke, Ariel Winter as Alex, Rico Rodriguez as Manny and Aubrey Anderson-Emmons as Lily.

Guest cast includes Wendi McLendon-Covey as Pam, Michaela Watkins as Susan, Lauren Swann as Sydney, MATTHEW ALAN as Colin, Mason McNulty as Connor, Tom McGowan as Mr. Roth, Hope Jaymes as Jorie and Richard Jenik as Jorie's dad.

"Schooled" was written by STEVEN LEVITAN and Dan O'Shannon, and directed by Jeff Melman.
