A former Navy SEAL who underwent waterboarding will discuss the effectiveness of torture in the hunt for terrorists on Dec. 15 on CBS THIS MORNING: SATURDAY (check local listings) on the CBS Television Network.

The new film "Zero Dark Thirty" has reignited the debate over the controversial interrogation tactic, which was banned by President Barack Obama in 2009.

Kaj Larsen, a correspondent for Current TV and a former Navy SEAL, underwent waterboarding for a report on the technique. He'll explain what it was like to experience the near-drowning procedure and discuss its role in the hunt for Osama bin Laden.

Anthony Mason and Rebecca Jarvis are the co-hosts of CBS THIS MORNING: SATURDAY. Michael Rosen is the Executive Producer of CBS THIS MORNING: SATURDAY.
