Two New HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE Posters Released

Two New HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE Posters ReleasedAnticipation for THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE just got a little bit hotter with the release of two new promotional posters for the forthcoming sure-to-be smash sequel to the mega-hit first film in the proposed quadrilogy.

Jennifer Lawrence (Katniss Everdeen) and Josh Hutcherson (Peeta Mellark) commence in their Victory Tour of the regions and gaze upon an uncertain future flanked by massive metal structures in the compellingly epic visual tease for the Francis Lawrence-directed film.

THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE will once again star Lawrence and Hutcherson alongside Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Elizabeth Banks, Lenny Kravitz, Stanley Tucci, Toby Jones and Donald Sutherland.

New castmembers for the film include Oscar and Tony Award-winning actor Philip Seymour Hoffman and SEX & THE CITY standout Lynn Cohen.

The official plot for the film is descibed by the studio as such: "THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE begins as Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a 'Victor's Tour' of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) - a competition that could change Panem forever."

THE HUNGER GAMES: CATCHING FIRE is scheduled to be released November 22, 2013.
