How Did They Transform Marlon Brando in THE GODFATHER? Take a Look!
According to The Huffington Post, Marlon Brando was just 47 years old when he starred in The Godfather in 1972. However, the role he was playing, Don Vito Corleone, was that of a much older man. In order to fully accomplish the transformation from actor to character, makeup artist Dick Smith was called in. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences posted an Instagram photo in honor of Marlon's birthday, showing the transformation side by side. Check below to see the picture!
