Eos Selects iLevel for Portfolio Monitoring

Eos, a New York-based private investment firm, and iLevel Solutions, the cloud-based software provider to alternative asset managers, together announced that Eos has selected iLevel for its portfolio monitoring platform. iLevel is an innovative, SaaS-based portfolio monitoring platform that automates data collection from portfolio companies and offers reporting on thousands of raw or derived performance metrics.

Formed in 1994, Eos has approximately $1.5 billion in capital under management, approximately $1.0 billion dedicated to private equity, and has made over thirty private equity investments. Investments span a variety of industry groups and are made in the form of buyouts, recapitalizations or growth capital whether for control or as minority shareholders.

"In order to effectively partner with management teams across our portfolio to accelerate their expansion strategies, the Eos team needs to have current, accurate and timely performance data that is specific to the strategies and marketplace of each portfolio company. iLevel has been developed for other leading private equity firms so it offers what we need out of the box and was easy to set up," said Adam Gruber, Principal of Eos.

"With large buyout firms, mid-market fund managers, growth equity and venture investors as clients, we see a lot of unique investment strategies. But the need for performance data for cross-portfolio tracking is consistent and we appreciate having Eos as part of the iLevel community," said Rick Kushel, CEO of iLevel Solutions.
