The Spot Athletics Makes New Equipment Additions
The Spot Athletics - one of Ohio's premier training facilities - is excited to announce a number of new equipment acquisitions. The Spot Athletics prides itself on having the best trainers and the best selection of equipment to suit every client's needs. Among the new acquisitions are several specialty bars not found at any other facility including specialized children's bars, an EliteFTS Safety Squat Yoke bar and an EliteFTS Mastodon bar. They have also added MuscleDriver slam balls, various weights of Dynamax balls, and a variety of new Kettlebells of various sizes.
The new safety squat bar is not only great for squats, lunges, good mornings, and a variety of other strength exercises but is also a great straight bar alternative for those with shoulder problems. The Mastodon bar is a long bar built for massive squats and is great for clients and staff alike who are looking to hit big numbers. Slam balls and Dynamax balls are used for dynamic exercises that increase an athlete's speed and power as well as a variety of conditioning exercises. An ever growing client base meant the addition of more of these great implements as well as a variety of new weight increments to suit the needs of every individual. Kettlebells are used for a plethora of strengthening and conditioning exercises with everyone from personal training clients to athletes to the popular Metabolic Conditioning classes.
