Mit Herz, Verstand und Courage lässt sich einiges erreichen - wenn nicht sogar das Wichtigste. Das erfährt die kleine Dorothy auf ihrer Reise durch das wunderbare Land von Oz, in das sie durch einen schlimmen Sturm gewirbelt wird. Dass sie dort herzlich willkommen ist, hatte sie gar nicht erwartet und noch viel weniger, dass sie in der pfiffigen Vogelscheuche, dem liebenswerten Blechmann und dem vermeintlich feigen Löwen so wunderbare Freunde finden würde.
