 Morris Museum to Host Dr. Seuss Family Festival, 3/1

A day at the Morris Museum has never been more fun! Come celebrate the birthday of beloved children's author Dr. Seuss and enjoy related activities during our Dr. Seuss Family Festival on Saturday, March 1 from 11:00am to 4:00pm.

The Festival will include a host of activities:

• Create a batch of Ooblek

• Make a Fox in the Socks puppet

• Build Stacking Turtles

• Play Dr. Seuss Bingo

• Enjoy a reading with the Cat in the Hat

• Design a Thing 1 or Thing 2 book mark

• Make a Lorax mustache

The cost for the Festival, which includes Museum admission, is $7/child, $10/adult (FREE for Museum members).

During the Festival, families can also enjoy a performance in the Morris Museum's Bickford Theatre:

Seussology

11:00am and 1:30pm

Seussology is a fun, lively and interactive show run by a very funny and silly Cat who causes all types of mischief.

Tickets are $10 for Members, $12 Non-members.

Combination tickets for the Dr. Seuss Family Festival and Seussology are available. $9 Members, $15 Non-members.
