Kristen Bell Signs on for Film Adaptation of SOME GIRLS
According to the Hollywood Reporter, stage veteran Kristen Bell will star alongside previously announced Adam Brody in the upcoming film adaptation of Neil LaBute's SOME GIRLS. Bell will play Bobbi in the movie.

Kristen Bell graduated from New York University's prestigious Tisch School of the Arts, where she studied musical theater. She made her Broadway debut in 2001, originating the role of Becky Thatcher in the short-lived "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer." In 2002, she was in the revival of Arthur Miller's "The Crucible" on Broadway, starring Laura Linney and Liam Neeson.
LaBute's play focuses on Guy, who, with his impending marriage looming over him, decides to revisit the most important relationships in his life with the hopes of putting his past to bed. But a recently published account of his romantic liaisons haunts his every encounter, and trust isn't something you can rebuild overnight.
LaBute, a prolific playwright, director, screenwriter and author of short stories, has penned such plays as bash: latter-day plays, The Distance From Here, The Shape of Things and This is How it Goes.
