Bloomingdale School of Music will present a virtual community concert and spring benefit A Symphony of Bloomingdale: In the Key of Hope on Tuesday, April 13, 2020 at 7pm. The event will include songs from Rent and The Wizard of Oz, with performances by Alyssa Fox (Frozen, Wicked), Aisha Jackson (Frozen), and more.

On Sunday, May 2nd 2021, Composers Concordance will focus on two composers, Mark Kostabi and Gene Pritsker, in a concert of their works for Piano Quintet, featuring Quartet Metadata with pianists Mark Kostabi and Jai Jeffryes.

Composers Concordance will present O Haiku My Haiku, the 4th concert of its Comp/Lit festival, on Wednesday, April 21 at 7pm EDT at Kostabi World in Manhattan. Recitations of Haiku and other short-form poetry are accompanied by an array of instruments from around the globe, including the Russian Domra, Japanese Hichiriki, and Middle Eastern Ney.

Directed by TheaterWorks Hartford’s Producing Artistic Director Rob Ruggiero and Pedro Bermudez, The Sound Inside is a filmed [live] to stream production born out of a unique collaboration between Ruggiero, a theater maker, and Hartford filmmaker Bermudez.
